Where do I find detailed help for each product?

Use this page when you already know which BrainUs product you are using and want the right place for detailed documentation or in-app help.

BrainUs Learn

Product: learn.brainus.lk

Detailed help: Guides for XP, streaks, Premium, account settings, and similar ship with BrainUs Learn. If you do not see a help section in the app yet, contact [email protected] and mention BrainUs Learn so we can point you to the right article.

BrainUs AI

Product: chat.brainus.lk

Detailed help: Use the chat product’s own pages and prompts for feature explanations (for example citations, quizzes, and integrations). For account or billing issues tied to AI, email [email protected] with BrainUs AI in the subject.

Developer portal

Product: developers.brainus.lk

Detailed help: API docs, keys, and integration guides live on the portal. For developer support, use the channels described there.
